Caroline is a fundraiser for arts and creative education programmes. Having worked in senior roles at the Barbican and Aurora Orchestra, she is currently working as a consultant, advising performing and visual arts organisations across the UK, from Kings Place, Sinfonia Cymru and the RSC, to galleries, festivals and comedy clubs. She began her career as a lawyer, practising for ten years at a major international law firm before taking on roles as a project and business change manager. Having always wanted to work in the arts, she made the move in 2009 and has not looked back. Caroline is an avid fan of contemporary music and arts, and plays (very amateur) clarinet with contemporary music ensemble CoMA. She has a passionate belief in music education and that everyone should have the chance to enjoy music and the arts.
