Two exciting opportunities to join the Drum Works team!

We are looking for two people, passionate about delivering high-quality music programmes with young people, to join our team while our Managing Director and Programme Manager are on maternity leave.

We are open to looking at different combinations of people to fulfil both roles, so there is a degree of flexibility in terms of full-time/part-time contracts and the level of experience you need to bring. If you have a strong interest in one of the roles then we encourage you to apply, telling us what skills and experience you can bring and what availability you have.

For a confidential conversation about either of the roles, our organisation or the application process, please get in touch and we will be happy to speak with you. You can contact us on 020 7382 5261 / jenny.beer@drumworks.co.uk.
