Naimah works across artist representation, music business strategy, and the live music sector. She studied at East London Arts & Music (ELAM) and holds a degree in Music Business and Entrepreneurship from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP). She began her career interning at United Talent Agency (UTA) and currently works in Music Touring at William Morris Endeavour (WME).

With a long-standing love for music, she has been drumming with the company for over ten years, maintaining a creative connection alongside her professional work. She brings an artist-focused, long-term perspective to her role on the board, with a particular interest in artist development and music education.
