Ishan is the longest-standing participant member of Drum Works with nearly two decades of involvement. As a member of Morpeth School’s founding cohort in 2007, he went on to be an Assistant Tutor at Sarah Bonnell School and regular Drum Heads performer. Ishan joined the board in 2025 and is currently an advisor at the Department for Transport, specializing in maritime regulation. He has held senior roles at the Runnymede Trust and worked as a Civil Engineer for WSP and Network Rail.
