Drum Works Continuing Professional Development training

Our CPD training can help teachers to:

• engage and inspire people from a range of backgrounds and with a range of needs
• develop ensemble-leading skills
• gain confidence delivering creative music-making sessions

Through a series of practical exercises, our leaders will share their approaches and encourage teachers to reflect on and develop their own leadership style.

CPD training can be held as a one-off practical workshop or can be followed up with a course of observations and mentoring.
